Position Title: Vice President Brand Sales- Tundra

Summary / Objective

 

Develop and execute strategies for growing profitable sales revenue with emphasis on national and regional existing customer base, in addition to acquisition of new prospects.  Responsible for management and development of multi-channel and multi-product sales team for Tundra specifically local external sales, national accounts and restaurant design services.  Deliver unparalleled customer service with every prospective and existing customer engagement.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                               

 

  • Own the responsibility for achieving Tundra's top line and gross profit goals.

 

  • Develop annual sales plan and budgets for brand to drive the sales growth and profitability of DFS. Directly manage major and critical at-risk accounts by developing and executing specific sales strategies.

 

  • Direct sales activities to ensure cohesive and productive sales to achieve brand and enterprise sales objectives. Increase results through program and solution-based sales approach  

 

  • Develop and execute annual business/sales plans and budgets for assigned brand sales channels and product lines to contribute to double digit sales growth and profitability of the Company.

 

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all DFS enterprise products and services in order to insure sales proposals are effectively prepared presenting the Company's strengths and that multi-product line advantages are maximized throughout the sales process. Effectively partner with enterprise sales leaders to drive conversion of cross-brand opportunities into revenue to support enterprise-wide sales strategies.

 

  • Identify, hire and retain qualified sales professionals. Establish a managed approach with sales managers; participate in sales calls and meetings with customers and DFS sales teams as needed.  Evaluate the individual's sales capability and degree of sales proficiency to assess training needs.  Monitor sales team performance and communicate results to individuals, team leaders, and respective leadership.  Lead by example be a hands-on, self-starter one who is willing to get into the trenches.

 

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Tundra products and services in order to effectively prepare proposals to ensure that the company's strengths / multi product line advantages are maximized through the sales process. Effectively coordinate/communicate and convert cross-brand opportunities into revenue to support enterprise-wide sales strategies.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive B2

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience successfully managing and driving results with inside, outside, account management and business development/acquisition sales teams.
  • Demonstrated history of innovating and opening new relationships, selling new products, and successfully penetrating existing clients to accelerate revenue growth that meet margin targets.
  • Decisive leadership skills with proven ability to manage and succeed in faced paced changing environment.
  • Experience and successful track record of integrating multi-product sales opportunities.
  • Solid business acumen accompanied by superior interpersonal communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Strong Sales execution/negotiation and critical selling skills
  • Leadership capabilities to direct, motivate, coach and mentor managers and individual contributors to achieve/exceed established sales targets; effective recruiter of A players
  • Demonstrated experience in setting strategy, goal setting, account planning and segmentation, and how to prioritize which prospects and existing accounts to focus on
