Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing Tundra sales in a specific, geographic territory. The OSR will be responsible for both acquisition of new customers as well as retaining and growing existing customers. A goal will be set annually for the book of business assigned to the OSR and exceeding goal is the minimum expectation. Other required activities include but are not limited to entering all face to face sales calls in Salesforce.com, recording all new opportunities in SF including projects over $2,000 as well as any New Restaurant Openings or NRO's, tracking of expenses, and carrying out any company sponsored promotions.

Essential Job Functions:

Contact new prospects, set appointments, identify different revenue streams, and communicate the benefits of Tundra Restaurant Supply, i.e. parts, smallwares, store openings, replenishment and equipment.

Develop marketing programs that benefit the prospective customer and support Tundra Restaurant Supplies marketing and sales goals.

Convert prospects into customers whenever possible.

Responsible for meeting individual sales goals.

Assist with National Account opportunities where applicable.

Assist in the development of the revenue budget for the business.

Regularly meet with sales leadership to track progress toward goals and respond to market and customer needs.

Grow and expand business in assigned territory.

Develop and maintain relationship with key customers.

Other duties may include:

Attend trade shows when called upon.

Attend company meetings when applicable.

Supervisory Duties:

No supervisory duties associated with this position.

Education Or Formal Training Required:

College degree is not required but preferred.

Formal sales training is preferred

Restaurant experience is also a plus.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel may be required

Working Conditions:

This position will require frequent driving in all types of weather conditions, calling on customers at their place of business and will also require working remote and in a shared space/open office environment.

Position requires individual to sit for long periods of time

Position requires occasional lifting up to 50lbs
