Position Summary:
KNG Inc. and Tundra Restaurant Supply are looking to bring KNG's uniforms, apparel, aprons, and custom menu covers to the Denver/Boulder area.
The KNG Sales Specialist should be an aggressive, driven and self-motivated sales person and will be responsible for driving KNG's brand of restaurant image products in cooperation with Tundra's sales teams that is focused on restaurant supply products for restaurants. The KNG Sales Specialist must strive to exceed all sales goals, maintain excellent communications across all levels of the company and our partners, and manage the operational issues associated with the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Developing new business and managing multiple opportunities by working with the Tundra Sales Teams, contacting prospective customers and introducing KNG, educating them on the products, and establishing a customer/supplier relationship.
Providing assistance with design, marketing, purchasing and production staff.
Develop an understanding of customers' needs in order to effectively communicate product specific solutions, offering supplementary products, and up-selling.
Monitor, track and oversee the development of the order fulfillment process to meet client's expectations on accuracy, quality & delivery dates.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must have a proven track record of driving successful business results through understanding customer needs and accurately conveying their needs to the production team at KNG.
Results oriented with strong business and sales acumen.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to sell ideas and to influence others.
Must have the ability to manage a territory, work with minimal supervision and the capacity to make appropriate decisions in order to attain business objectives.
Detailed understanding of apparel types, fabrics, and customization techniques.
Detailed knowledge of the Ad Specialty industry is a plus.
Capable of overcoming objections.
Proficient in computer business-related computer equipment and software (Microsoft Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software. KNG uses Salesforce and SAP; knowledge of these programs is a plus.
Detailed knowledge of ASI product lines a plus.
Required experience:
Customized Apparel Sales: 3 year
Outside Sales: 2 years
Restaurant experience is also a plus.
Certifications:
None
Travel Requirements:
Periodic travel to KNG office in Nampa, Idaho will be required
Physical Activities/Requirements or Equipment:
Position requires individual to sit for long periods of time
Position requires occasional lifting up to 50lbs
This position will require frequent driving in all types of weather conditions, calling on customers at their place of business and will also require working remote and in a shared space/open office environment.
