Customer Service Goal:  

Win and retain long-term customers by providing a best in class experience with quality product, promotions, web features, service, and consistent brand and value propositions across all channels and marketing tactics.


Position Summary:

Owns the strategy, administration, tracking, and enhancement of various online marketing/merchandising channels, web features, and other initiatives in an effort to enhance our visibility and stickiness online and increase the revenue of www.eTundra.com.   The Essential Job Functions will be tailored to each person in this role based on areas of ownership.


Essential Job functions:

  • Marketplace Owner
    • Primary owner of Tundra store within Sears & Amazon Marketplaces
    • Manages product assortment, pricing, & shipping strategy
    • Responsible for full P&L of each marketplace as its own sub-business
    • Working with web analyst, provide monthly reporting to Sr. Team on performance and health of the business
    • Build relationships with internal departments to evolve business process and systems to reduce the manual nature of the marketplace relationships.
  • Web Category Owner
    • Responsible for the web assortment, presentation, categorization, and promotions related to specific categories or verticals within the Tundra Catalog
    • Through competitive analysis and customer feedback, build unique selling experiences and content within each category to drive trial or incremental sales
    • Work with marketing channel owners like email, PPC, and SEO to support promotional needs in order to drive volume within specific categories

Possible Additional Job functions:

  • Blog Articles:  
    • Assist in the creation of content for the web or our blog as it relates to industry trends, categories owned, etc.
  • Project and Vendor Ownership:
    • Responsible for various projects/initiatives from beginning to end, working with team to establish priority, creating requirements, checking in on development progress, testing, implementation, and post-launch reporting
    • Responsible for various vendor relationships, maintaining terms, term dates, negotiating improved rates based on volume, keeping abreast of competitors in the those market, tracking overall performance of vendor to ensure its value, etc.


Non-Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain regular competitive analysis (direct competitors, best-in-class, new vendors, competitors to existing vendors)
  • Contribute to the strategic planning for overall web marketing team
  • Other duties as requested
  • Position will not directly manage other resources but b/c they are responsible for projects and initiatives will have to indirectly manage resources who have tasks necessary to complete those initiatives.


Education or Formal Training:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Job Qualifications:


  • 2+ year's experience with demonstrated success selling in Amazon Seller Central
  • 2+ years web marketing experience with proven results
  • Possess excellent writing and grammar skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of our products and industry is a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with ChannelAdvisor or feed management software a plus
